  1. Keep going. View the things that trigger you to go off balance as a good thing. Know that off balance means imbalance always follows.
  2. Trust yourself. No one knows you better than You… even if others tell you differently.
  3. Be friends with life. Enjoy the journey, make every day a good day, even if there are moments when it feels not as feelgood.
  4. Watch your thoughts. Think happy thoughts. And when a not so delighted thought comes to mind, say “SHHHHHHH, happy, happy, happy” and think of a puppy, or something that makes you feelgood!
  5. Do some affirmations daily, say things to your self, like “Self, I am powerful, happy, satisfied, peaceful, playful and purposeful. Then repeat, and repeat
    Love you. Your inner self does, why not join the party, after all, YOU ARE GREAT!
  6. Generate all that you want, just take a breath in between creation.
  7. Be happy, and grateful where ever you are and know that love is all around you 24/7.
