You know how to breathe. Your amazing physical body does this morning, noon, and night, so it’s going to do this at work, rest and play too! All you have to do is, every so often, give your body a little extra breath or 4 to help your mental and emotional body feelgood.
3. Smile, you can do this!!!
Don’t wait for something funny to happy, go ahead and use your smile anytime at work, rest and play! Your emotional and mental body will love it. So, for now, don’t judge, just smile and raise your feelgood happy endorphins just for fun!

Here’s the secret to feeling good. I know, I do this every day. As soon as I open my eyes, throughout the day when things may seem a little off-balance. Here goes… say it out load, in your head, or just think it… “I feelgood, I feelgood, I feelgood…” 18 x just for fun, and You WILL… feelgood!
