Hatha Yoga is an ancient form of asanas (poses) and dynamic movements that allow the mind and body to work in sync. This type of Yoga uses Pranayama (breath work) to enhance dynamic and static postures. Meditation is also incorporated in this form of yoga in order to enhance one’s practice. Beginners and more advanced participants can benefit from the same class, making it as gentle and/or challenging as they desire. Hatha incorporates all different forms or yogic practices in order to promote healing and self care.
