Usui method of Reiki Level 1 in its original simplest form. Syllabus and text book (English translation) as taught in Japan by Japan Reiki Association. You will learn both the Japanese teachings and the Western style methods in this class.
This class may be taken as a refresher without attunement at 50% off.

Traditional Japanese self-training techniques
Course includes: a textbook, level 1 attunement, 6 hours lecture, at least 1 hour practice at Reiki Circle, home assignment and certificate of completion
Pre-requisite: Willingness to learn Reiki and practice on a daily basis.
Reiki Circle currently runs on Wednesdays from 7:45pm to 8:35pm. (check website for lates schedule)
Nasreen is also a teacher member with Canadian Reiki Association, which means you have double compliance.
