The HeartMath Experience Course – Watch Party – New Dates to be Announced! – Join the Wait List!


The HeartMath Institute has been offering their HeartMath Experience course for free since 2020. In 2021 I lead a watch party online where we went through the short video modules and then practiced the techniques together. It was enjoyed by all and I was asked to run it again this year.

Why Participate?

Optimize Your Eating Experience
Our emotions can affect not only our relationship with food but also how we experience our meal. Eating when we’re stressed out, anxious, in a rush or otherwise distracted can put us into a stress response – the perfect state to:

  • Binge eat
  • Over eat
  • Give in to cravings
  • Eat way more than we need to be satisfied

These simple techniques can get you into relaxation state which can help you to by-pass any and all of these situations so you can just eat and enjoy your meals.

Participating in the Watch Party supports you to begin, re-start or strengthen a method to get you into a relaxation state – the optimal state for digestion, absorption and assimilation of meals, healing, calorie burning and more.

There are 9 videos in the HeartMath Experience course in total ranging from 10-15 min on average.

Each session of the watch party will be for 30 minutes on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on Tuesday February 22nd to Thursday March 10th. You choose the time that works best for you:

  • 11:30 am to noon
  • 8:00 – 8:30pm

You can join once or twice on any day.

Need to miss a day? No problem just join again the next time you’re available.
