A 14 Day Challenge. The goal is to focus on simple daily tasks that optimize some of the basics of health and wellness so you can build new habits without completely disrupting your day to day activities . Topics that we’ll cover include hydration, digestion, movement, mindful eating and transforming stress.
Challenge yourself to lose 5lbs or more, get more active, burn more calories or increase energy – whatever goal you choose for yourself, building habits using small daily adjustments to what you already do each day that optimize the basics for health and wellness will help you to Activate momentum towards success with your goals.
