I approach our initial session by asking what you are hoping to get from coaching, listening for what may bring balance into the equation, and determining whether we believe we can work well together because the majority of cases are not satisfactorily resolved in a single coaching session. Regardless of the circumstances, I look to the 3Cs for insight: How do you Contribute to the problem? What can you easily Change that will be helpful? What are you already doing that you need to Continue doing?
