The Setting You Up for Success Series includes three 60 minute sessions with Karen.
Intake Session: Review your Intake Questionnaire
In the first session we review your Intake Questionnaire and discuss next steps. Based on this session, I create a Timeline that provides insight into your current challenges which we will discuss further in the second session.
Timeline Session: Review your Timeline
In this session we will review the timeline and adjust if necessary. Often new things will pop back into our memory to be added or expanded as a result of these discussions. The focus is to identify potential triggers for the symptoms and health challenges that you are experiencing.
Matrix Session: Review Functional Nutrition Matrix
After the Timeline session, I create a Function Nutrition Matrix based on the information discussed. The Functional Nutrition Matrix maps out areas of concern and where you’re at today. It also creates a visual baseline to determine what to focus on. This tool is referred to during any further work we do together or can also be used to help you prepare for other medical appointments whether or not we continue to work together going forward. To end the session we collaborate on next steps.
