Whether you’re looking to make progress on multiple personal fronts, are looking for healing in certain area(s) of your life, or are looking for a specific personal breakthrough / discovery of some kind, we can help.  Our pillars of support include mindset, energy work, body energy and emotional healing, and everything in between. 

We coach individuals all around the world and can support you regardless of where you live.  If you are not local, then all of what we do is easily performed remotely via the web.

This is an introductory call where you can let us know your needs and goals, and we have an opportunity to get to know each other and ensure that we can serve you to the fullest in your quest to make a better life for yourself.

Following this call we can speak about next steps for you if you feel we can serve you fully.

Whether you want to break through on an emotional or physical block, wanting life balance and a sense of inner peace, wanting to break through and grow spiritually, or anything in between, contact us as this program will be made specific to your needs.

Sometimes it’s all mindset coaching and unlocking mental and emotional blocks of the body through qi gong.  Other times it’s primarily remote healing and energy work that’s required.  While in other situations meditative techniques, guided meditations are provide, certain energetic activations made available, in combination with any number of other techniques.

This is your introductory call to understand your needs and ensure that we get you to where you want to go.
